How does the sensor know when to dispense?
An infrared proximity sensor detects your toothbrush the moment it enters the dispenser. No button pressing. No waiting. It dispenses automatically and stops the instant you remove the brush.
How long does one refill cartridge last?
Each cartridge provides approximately 30 days of twice-daily brushing at the recommended pea-sized dose. Our subscription delivers a fresh cartridge before you run out.
Which toothbrushes are compatible?
ZERO Dock works with all standard manual toothbrushes and most electric toothbrush heads. The opening accommodates brush heads up to 22mm wide.
Is the toothpaste formula safe for sensitive teeth?
Yes. Our formula is developed with dentists and is fluoride-rich, sulfate-free, and suitable for daily use including sensitive teeth. We offer a Sensitive variant in our refill range.
Can I cancel my refill subscription?
Anytime. No fees, no friction. Log into your account and cancel or pause with one click. Your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends.
How do I clean the dispenser?
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. The cartridge housing is removable and can be rinsed under warm water. The dispenser is IPX4 splash-resistant.
